Action Property Management has been in business for 35 years.
We are a small locally owned real estate company who takes great pride in our properties.
We have a full time management staff, with office hours of 8:30am to 5pm Monday though Friday.
Our office is centrally located near all of Milwaukee's fine colleges, UWM, MSOE, MIAD, MATC, and
near Milwaukee's downtown and lakefront. We have 24-hour emergency answering service for our
tenant's conveniences. We have both residential and commercial properties. Our commercial
properties range from warehouse spaces, professional offices, shops, and storefronts. Our
residential properties range from lofts, duplexes, flats, and multi-family homes. Our office
is centrally located and within walking distance to most of our properties.
